  • Become aware and release subconscious emotional blockages with Breathwork in the physical body so that you can align with your values, purpose, and truth. 

  • Explore mixed styles of movement, learn how to implement a daily movement practice, and how you can use movement to increase strength, endurance, balance and restoration.

  • Have access to videos, audios, workbook and lessons for a lifetime
