Primal Movement Park Series: ROPE FLOW

  • Bird Park 28th & Upas Street San Diego, CA 92104 United States (map)

Join us for the first of our Primal Movement Park Series workshops, starting with ROPE FLOW led by movement instructor Chris Viray.

We use ropes as a tool to reclaim our primal movement patterns like walking, running, and posture. You can also expect a full body workout, as moving the ropes utilizes your shoulders, back, core, legs, and several other parts of your body,

We'll start off the workshop with an activating yoga warm-up and cool down with a sound healing savasana led by Sucha Kumar. In between, Chris Viray will guide us through the fundamentals of rope flow.
